Who We Are…
My Christian Radio, WMYC-FM, is an FCC licensed Low Power FM radio station serving the greater Chilhowie, VA area on 93.3 FM. WMYC-FM is owned and operated by Trinity Chapel in 7-Mile Ford. It is our wish to provide quality Christian programming with a wide variety of music spanning the ages.
Our History…
In the late summer of 2023, the Federal Communications Commission announced a rare window for non-profit organizations to apply to build a Low Powered FM Radio Station for their respective communities. Trinity Chapel felt there was a need for such a station in the Chilhowie, 7-Mile Ford, and Marion area and applied for a construction permit which was granted in February of 2024. Though now on the air, the station is still a “work in progress.”
